WHAT can be returned?
The NZ Consumer Guarantees Act applies, so you have a number of rights for returns of defective items.

However, not everything has an automatic right of return. Where one of these issues applies, we are happy to offer store credit, or exchange the item, provided it remains in a saleable condition.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds/exchanges for damaged or dirty stock (except where damage is due to a manufacturing defect). We will, however, offer a discount for purchases of replacement items.

Please note that due to the special nature of our stock it may not be possible to provide particular items in specific sizes.  In this case we will refund the purchase price of the item less a 10% restocking fee, or offer full credit on another item.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 90 days of purchase

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
In-store is the easiest, because then we can discuss your needs.  Otherwise shipping is at your expense, except where a defect exists. 

SHIPPING for returns
We will pay return shipping on defective items, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

CREDIT for returns
Store (including webstore) credit will be applied to your account. If you don't have an account we can set one up for you.



How do we send your order?

We use CourierPost services.Buy more than $100NZD and the shipping is FREE!

If you place your order before 1pm, your parcel will be on its way the same day.

Are you based in NZ? your parcel will be sent by courier and with overnight delivery (if you live in a Rural area it might take an extra day).

If you are based in Australia, your parcel will be sent by AirMail and will reach you withing 3-5 days.

If you are based anywhere else your parcel should reach you within 7-10 business days.
